Tips to create the perfect property tour
STEP 1
Get prepared for your tour

- Plan your path before you shoot the tour
- Plan your feature callouts before you start recording

- Keep your tour less than 7 minutes

STEP 2
Use your phone to make the tour 
We use your voice as you record to create feature callouts in your video.
Use this feature to describe unique elements of the property as you film them.
We select 5 photos for the carousel intro loop at the beginning of the tour at the time of your voice callouts.
Space any callouts at least 30 seconds apart. You can edit or remove these text callouts in the draft we send you.
- Walk smoothly & slowly during the recording session

- Need to record separate floors?
- Iphone: Take up to 3 videos. We will merge these segments for you.
- Andriod: Take one video and Pause between floors
STEP 3
It's time to send your tour to us. 
Use our ‘Get started’ button on the right to upload your tour and provide a few details of the property to be placed at the intro of the video
- Click the 'Get Started' button
- Use the form to upload your video and add property details
- Typically, within 20 mins we will email you a draft to approve
- You may upload other tour components, like drones & floorplans..as requested in the upload form.
- We will send you dropbox zip link to download file for your video and photos, new listing,open house PDFs when payment is finalized
